Open the Outlook 2010.

If you have opened for the first time, an automatic window will open to ask you to setup your email account.

If this is not your first time to open Outlook 2010 on your PC, the automatic email account setup window will not open automatically. For this you have to do manual configuration. Go to the “File” menu to select “Info” and then “Add Account”.

The next window will open that asks you for auto account setup. In the window, choose “Manual Configure Server Setting” option and then “Next”.

The next window want you to select the email service, choose “Internet email Service” and then “Next” button to visit the next window which offers you to fill some necessary information create your account with Outlook 2010.

Do you remember the email server settings, if not it is better to take help from the Hosting Service. It will help you to get both incoming and outgoing port.

Now, you can fill the email creation form-fill the name, email address, account type, incoming and outgoing mail server, user name and password.
