How to Setup Outlook 2003

The tutorial offers you to learn how to easily setup Outlook 2003 with your Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo or other email accounts.

If it is your first time to open Outlook 2003, a Window itself popup asking you to create your mail account. Just follow it.

If this is not your first time to open Outlook 2003, there will be no popup. You need to go to the ‘Tool’ bar to click ‘E-mail Accounts’. The email creating wizard is opened in the very next moment where select the “Add New E-Mail Account” option and then ‘Next’ button.

A new Window is opened to choose the server type, tick the ‘POP3’ and then ‘Next’.

A new Window starts appearing for POP3 setting which is best known as Internet Email Setting.

The hosting service is responsible to send you the right email server settings. Contact your hosting service if you have not received the right port and encryption.

The steps are easy to remember.

Fill the account information carefully to create your new email account in POP3 which takes not more than a minute.

Choose the ‘More Settings’ option to reach to ‘Outgoing Server’ and ‘Advanced’ setting option. You have your new email account setup.
